Refund Policy

 

Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable): any item not in its original condition or damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 to 5 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank or payment service account again, then contact your payment method company. If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, please email us at support@eossco.com or call us at +1 (800) 317-8507.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your item, send us an email at support@eossco.com and send your item to:

Warranty

Your locker comes with a limited lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. This GearLok warranty applies to the original purchaser and is conditional on the locker being installed properly and used in the manner of its intent.

GearLok warrants to the original purchaser that it will, at its option, either repair without charge only the items listed in this warranty or replace the original locker with a locker of equal value or model, based on current model availability. This warranty specifically excludes damage due to accidents, misuse, alterations, improper installation, or lack of proper care as listed in this warranty.

Warranty Guidelines

  • This warranty does not apply to other accessories or equipment installed by anyone.

  • This warranty does not apply to damage due to accidents, misuse, off-road driving, alterations, salt, road hazards, wind storms, floods, other natural disasters, lack of proper care, and normal wear and tear. Minor abrasion of paint is considered normal wear and tear.

  • This warranty does not apply to an improperly installed locker.

  • This warranty does not apply to damage resulting from using any locker without being enclosed in a vehicle.

  • Drawer locks, latches, and drawer slides are covered independently by the manufacturers of these components. These components are warranted for one year.

  • All repairs shall be performed by GearLok or any authorized GearLok distributorship only upon permission from the GearLok Customer Service Manager at GearLok Headquarters. GearLok does not authorize any person to create on its behalf any obligation concerning the locker except as provided in this limited lifetime warranty.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item
